a one-hour Midsummer Night's Dream

The robot body had to be all one piece so it could be taken on and off repeatedly for actor-driven quick changes.
The costume also had to allow for movement and choreography.
It is made from EVA foam and is rigged with LED lights and battery packs mounted into the structure of the robot.
